Equine Retirement

Ingold Lodge Equestrian offers a bespoke retirement package for horses or ponies who are retired either through health or old age. Claire has been involved with horses all her life and felt there was a need to offer this service in Hampshire. At Ingold Lodge Equestrian, retired horses are provided with highly experienced care and ensured a harmonious place of rest in the heart of the beautiful and peaceful Meon Valley.

Equine residents are able to have daily individual turnout next to one another to ensure they are calm and risk of injury reduced, but they can still interact and form friendships and bonds. They have spacious stables to support mobility and a careful regular routine. They are also able to use the horse walker for gentle exercise where this would be beneficial to them. As horses get older their teeth need regular experienced care and maintenance and we are pleased to be able to offer the services of highly acclaimed Equine Dentist Mr. Martin Walls BAEDT cert EqD here at Ingold Lodge Equestrian. We can also offer regular physiotherapy and massage, specialist farrier and veterinary care from one of the country's finest Equine Hospitals, The Liphook Equine Hospital.

Our aim is to provide your horse with all its requirements later in life or to support a long term condition and ensure a long and happy retirement. We will provide a competitive bespoke package to suit your needs and give you peace of mind knowing your horse is being cared for to the highest standards.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer 24hour grass only all year retirement.
